I’m really excited to be featured over at Eclectically Vintage today, but I also have a heavy heart.
I can’t imagine the pain that everyone involved in the shooting is experiencing and my heart and prayers are with them.
Yesterday I grabbed my kids and hugged them close and remembered to be thankful for
toys on the floor
food being thrown
the chocolate milk stain on my couch
“are we there yet?” for the 100th time
and the pile of dirty clothes to wash
I want to remember to never take a second of the precious time I have with them for granted,
and thank God everyday for bringing them into this world.
OK, now I will try to move onto something happier. Way back last year on this new thing called Pinterest (before this blog was even a twinkle in my eye) I came across the most beautiful kitchen ever!
It happened to belong to Kelly (great name!) at Eclectically Vintage. I then immediately scoured the rest of her blog loving every detail even more, and of course had to follow along.
So when she emailed me last week telling me she loved my house and wanted to feature it on her blog (!!!) I may have jumped up and down and did a happy dance (the Mr. of course looked on like I had lost my mind).
So hop on over to her blog today and check it out and I know you are going to want to see her kitchen and the rest of her fabulous house when you are there..and then of course follow her on Facebook, Pinterest or Feedburner etc.. Trust me on this :)
