Easy 5 minute white bean dip perfect for any cheese plate or party
  • 1 14 oz can white northern beans or cannellini beans
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic (I love garlic so I use 2 but for a milder flavor use 1)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or rosemary, you can totally switch up the herbs)
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • More salt and pepper to taste.
  1. Rinse beans well. Add them to a food processor.
  2. Add peeled garlic cloves, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pulse until pureed.
  4. Add olive oil slowly until mixture is smooth.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Drizzle with additional olive oil and garnish with herbs.
  7. Serve with veggies, crackers, and toasted pita bread.
