Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Melon cantaloupe, cubed
  • 6 pieces of thinly sliced prosciutto chopped
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 bag of arugula
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • drizzle of balsamic vinegar you can reduce it to make it a big thicker by boiling it down
  • fresh cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • Top arugula with melon, prosciutto, and onion.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar and top with fresh cracked pepper.
  • Grab a fork and dig in!
