Easy Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • CRUMB TOPPING
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Mix pumpkin puree and cake mix in a bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Add butterscotch chips.
  • Put in a greased cupcake tin or use cupcake liners.
  • Top with crumb topping.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
