Grapefruit Rose Elderflower Martini
Spring is right around the corner which means it’s time to make the switch from rich, heavy cocktails and wine to light and refreshing drinks. This grapefruit rose elderflower martini recipe is inspired by a cocktail I had while on an anniversary trip in Detroit. It’s so delicious and is surprisingly easy to make!
Elderflower Liquor Cocktail Recipe
The cocktail I had was a delicious vodka and elderflower liquor concoction topped with champagne. Three of my favorite things in one drink I had to try it! It was soo good. I wanted to recreate it when I got home, but the only vodka I had in the house was this Kettle One Botanical vodka.
My mom introduced me to it when we were visiting in Florida. The grapefruit and rose flavor is so refreshing! It makes an awesome Salty Dog, or it’s great with just club soda and a lime.
I thought the flavors might work well with the elderflower and champagne and I was so right! Yum, the Mr. kept stealing this one out of my hand even though he proclaimed it a “girly drink.” It does have a touch of sweetness to it, which makes it perfect for a fun girls night. It would make a great signature drink for a bridal shower too!

Happy Weekend!! If you are looking for other great cocktail recipes try these –
Absolutely making this my new summer cocktail – thank you!!
Yes it’s perfect for summer!
Does the Elderberry liquer have a brand name?
So it’s elderflower not elderberry, and I use St. Germain :)
This looks amazing! I totally need to give it a try soon!

It’s really yummy!
Definitely gonna try this one!! Elderberry concentrate in any form is a big deal around here, and this particular concoction will be a winner. Happy St. Valentine’s Day !
So Elderflower is different than Elderberry. Elderberry is great for immunity but I don’t think it would be great in a cocktail. St. Germain is the liquor I use for this one!
Good point!
I would buy the vodka just for the pretty bottle!
Same here!!
It is such a pretty bottle!
Yum!!! Will have to try this out. My favorite vodka and love the elderflower liquor. Sounds perfect for a refreshing happy hour on a sunny day! Thanks for posting!
Yes I will be drinking these all summer long for sure!
And two of the prettiest bottles out there if you buy St Germain !
