Easy Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • CRUMB TOPPING
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Mix pumpkin puree and cake mix in a bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add butterscotch chips.
  5. Put in a greased cupcake tin or use cupcake liners.
  6. Top with crumb topping.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
