Method
- Rinse beans well. Add them to a food processor.
- Add peeled garlic cloves, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until pureed.
- Add olive oil slowly until mixture is smooth.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle with additional olive oil and garnish with herbs.
- Serve with veggies, crackers, and toasted pita bread.
