Grandma's Sweet Pickles

Easy sweet and crunchy sweet pickles.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 qt baby kosher pickles
  • 1 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 c white vinegar
  • 1/2 c water

Method
 

  1. Pour jar of pickles in a strainer and drain. Rinse well with water and put back in the jar.
  2. In a small pot add sugar, water, and vinegar.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Allow to cool a bit and pour into jar to cover pickles.
  5. Refrigerate for a day or 2 before serving.
