Sweet and Spicy Pork Tenderloin

Spice Rubbed Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 c yellow mustard
  • 1/4 c stone ground mustard
  • 1/2 c honey

Method
 

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together for the spice rub in a bowl
  2. Coat pork tenderloin in 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  3. Then rub with spice rub
  4. Allow to marinate for at least 30 min or up to overnight
  5. Combine mustards and honey to create honey mustard sauce
  6. Preheat grill to 400
  7. Grill pork tenderloin 5 minutes per side for a total of 20 minutes
  8. Baste with honey mustard sauce while grilling
  9. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing
  10. Thinly slice and serve with additional honey mustard sauce
