Chicken Caesar Pitas

Grilled naan with marinated chicken, italian dressing and parmesan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 c Italian dressing
  • 4 pieces naan
  • 1 head romaine lettuce or you can use a salad kit
  • 1/2 c parmesan
  • 1/2 c caesar salad dressing

Method
 

  1. Pound chicken breasts until thin.
  2. Season both sides with onion powder, garlic powder, and dill.
  3. Place in a bowl with italian dressing. Marinade for several hours.
  4. Grill chicken 5 minutes per side until juices run clear.
  5. Sprinkle naan with water and grill 1-2 minutes per side.
  6. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes and thinly slice.
  7. Toss lettuce, caesar dressing, and cheese.
  8. Assemble the sandwiches with salad and chicken inside the naan. Enjoy!
