Fall Home Tour
Hey guys! I’m so excited to be participating in the Eclectically Fall tour with 15 other fab bloggers! It all kicks off over at Eclectically Vintage so be sure to head over there to start the tour. Trust me you don’t want to miss Kelly’s gorgeous home (her kitchen especially – swoon).
If you are coming over from Stone Gable welcome! Isn’t Yvonne’s home amazing?
I’m keeping it simple this year by bringing the outside in and I’ve got a few cute things from World Market in the mix too.
I love this little metal key rack from there, it is perfectly dressed up with some apples and late summer flowers. It fits in perfect with my vintage cocktail hour bell, er dinner bell… :)
Right from the entry we head into the kitchen…where I’m whipping up some freshly baked pies!
Or just pretending to, while I burn an apple spice candle and enjoy my cute fresh baked pie sign.
Love my little marble stand too.
Ok this may be my favorite tip, do you love this wall print? Well, I’ll let you in on a secret – it’s a tea towel! I just framed it in an old frame I hand on hand. Such an easy and inexpensive way to change decor for the seasons.
A few painted pumpkins, some pretty wild flowers, and apples fresh from the trees next door, kept my fall decor easy this year.
Oh and this cute Autumn printable.
This flower vase is perfect for no brainer flower arrangements. I just snipped these from the backyard.
When I throw a dinner party I’m more of a buffet/fend for yourself kind of hostess, so why not go easy with my tablescape too? I just tossed everything on the table like I normally would, done!
PS whenever I post photos of my dining area I get a flurry of emails asking where my dining set is from; I bought it at World Market a few years ago and still love it, they have such cool furniture pieces.
What is it about yellow and blue together that feel so happy?
Here you can get a sneak peek of the sunroom we have been building all summer, it’s soooo close to being done. I can practically taste my first cup of cozy morning coffee in there.
These candle holders look so pretty lit up with candles in the evening, but they also make cool vases. I popped some mason jars in them and cut some beach grass from the backyard.
Speaking of backyards, I trekked in the woods for hours with my kids on the hunt for some fall foliage, but the trees in Michigan just weren’t cooperating. Green leaves as far as the eye could see.
So imagine my mantel with pretty fall foliage branches sticking out of these baskets, although I kinda dig the bright green with the apples since I’m not entirely ready to let go of summer yet.
Be sure to head over to Jen’s house over at  City Farmhouse to continue the tour! You can also follow along on our Eclectically Fall Pinterest Board here.
Here’s the rundown on the goodies I got from World Market and be sure to check out their new line Desert Caravan Collection.
Wire key rack, marble pedestal, pie sign, salt and pepper shakers, tea towel, chalkboard arrow, striped towels, candle holders, antlers, flower bud vase.
Disclosure: World Market provided products for this post, but all honest opinions are my own.
I am seriously loving your drop leaf table as a sofa table! I would love to know where you got it or if you redid it to have that rustic look I would love to know what you did! Gorgeous!
Hi Lauren, I bought it at a local antique shop, unfortunately it’s one of a kind!
Hi! I was wanting to know where you purchased the grey stone around the fireplace, I really love it. In the process of creating a new fireplace and it would be perfect.
Thank you,
Lara
Hi Lara, I just picked it out at a local store and I don’t have a specific name for it. I bet if you took a pic to a local tile shop they could steer your right though!
Stunning! Love all the very natural and lovely fall touches and the white pumpkins. Your dining set is very similar to ours, two-toned French look. We got a lovely oak table off of Craig’s List, it had a strange top of parquet wood topped with tons of layers of poly coating. Seemed like a plastic covering! My sweet husband sanded through all those layers, then we stained the natural wood top deep brown, then painted the rest of the table cream, weathered and antiqued it. Turned out so beautiful. I love that you DIY so much in your home!
OH your table sounds gorgeous! Thank goodness for a handy husband :)
Hi! Your home is so beautiful! I’m thinking about using a couple of wicker chairs in my living room. I have one teen daughter that loves the idea and is looking forward to curling up in one. My other daughter thinks it’s a terrible idea and won’t be comfortable at all. What do think? Are they comfortable enough for a living room with a regular couch? Thanks so much for the input!
Ok I will say these aren’t the most comfortable of chairs, but they are adorable. They are definitely great for 30 minutes but I definitely wouldn’t want to curl up with a book. Hope that helps!
Love the whole home! Can you tell me what kind of stone is on fireplace? Thanks!!
Not sure the name of it but it came on big sheets, I’m sure if you take a photo into a tile shop they can find you something similar!
what kind of countertops do you have in the kitchen?
They are silestone which is a type of quartz product. I think the color is Bianca Rivera?
I am new to the blog world and came across your Fall blog. I loved it! Thank you for sharing.

Isn’t it cute? So glad I grabbed it!
Gorgeous as usual Kelly. I have a drop leaf table exactly like yours, although my has a darker finish to it. Not using it right now, as the spot I had it in is now taken up by a dog crate, ugh ! hope I can get it back out in the future.
Love the look of a drop leaf table, oh the joys of dog crates, we have a big ole one too!
So unbelievably beautiful, Kelly! Your home is gorgeous! Happy Fall! :)

Mandy, the sign is from world market store.
Can you tell me where you got the little rack and hooks it’s hangung from? Does it have a name or is it just a towel rack?
Oh that would be perfect for her, World Market! Go snag one!
