Friday Feels Are Back! Here’s What I’m Loving at the Moment

If you’ve been following me for awhile now, you might remember that I used to publish a “Friday Feels” blog post every week. The idea is that I share what I’m “feeling” that week—whether that be personal thoughts, finds I’m eyeing, or things I’ve recently added to my cart.

These posts were always popular and I’m excited to bring them back. To kick this column off again (and celebrate the beginning of September), I thought I’d share a handful of fall finds that I’ve been obsessing over.

These are the comfiest and stretchiest flare jeans. They make you feel like you’re wearing yoga pants but are cute enough to wear out on a date night. I’m planning to pair them with sweaters as the weather cools off.

I picked up this jean jacket for the fall. I love that it has a longer length than traditional denim jackets, making it the perfect layer to wear with leggings.

This sleeveless mock neck top is the ideal fall transition piece. It would look so cute styled with jeans and white sneakers or booties as the weather cools off!

These athletic shorts (which are under $20) have been great for walking the dogs, working out, and doing yard work. I love the hidden pocket that fits my phone. Plus, they come in 8 different colors and patterns.

I recently traded in my high-priced mascara for this inexpensive one that my mom recommended and I love it. It gives me the perfect amount of volume without being flakey or clunky.

I tend to reach for high-end skincare products but this affordable serum is a recent addition to my routine that I love. It has nearly 3,000 reviews on Ulta and is under $10.

I added this classic gold necklace to my collection for the fall season. It’s a timeless piece that will go well with a variety of outfits. It also comes in silver if that’s more your thing!

I feel like nothing says fall more than a striped sweater. I love this classic find, which will work so well for all the cooler seasons—from fall to early spring. The half-zip style is so in right now.

The gold detailing on this belt serves as a subtle nod to the changing season. I ended up buying it in both colors because I love it so much.

I ordered this lightweight black cardigan because I thought it would be the ideal transition piece for cooler weather. I’m impressed by the quality and I’m considering ordering it in the other two colors.

I’ve always thought that sweater blazers look so chic. This one comes in several colors and is made with a lightweight cotton and wool blend that’s ideal to wear in the changing weather. J. Crew also has this cocoon sweater blazer that comes in a few neutral colors and seems to have even more of a relaxed fit—so cozy!

I just bought this longer, oversized coat for a comfy yet put together look. It’s going to look so cute with a chunky belt and boots.

I hope you all enjoy the long Labor Day weekend! If you’re hoping to score some good deals on decor and furniture, check out my post on Labor Day sales.

  1. I was surprised when I saw The Ordinary serum on your list. I just “inherited” it from my twenty two year old daughter. I have been using it and now it is gone. I didn’t even know where it came from or the cost. So happy to hear you like it too and it is so reasonable.
