Friday Feels – Prepping for the Holidays

I’m so happy that Friday is here! This week I’m rounding up some of my favorite finds, like cozy blankets and holiday decor, for the upcoming winter season. I know it’s a bit early but the season will be here before we know it and it’s nice to get a jump start on holiday planning/decorating. Have a happy weekend!

I have this knit blanket in two colors now and it’s so oversized and cozy. We put the neutral one on my daughters bed which I’ll share soon.

We’ve been updating my daughters room a bit. Now that she is in high school she needed a better homework spot. We bought this small desk that fits perfectly in her room.

This waterproof hooded blanket has been a lifesaver at rainy soccer games. It even kept me warm and dry in the hail.

I’m starting to plan my Christmas decor a bit and I think I’m returning to traditional colors this year. Ribbon is an inexpensive way to change up your decor. I plan on adding this wine colored ribbon to my tree this year.

Anthropologie has the best faux garland. I’ve been collecting these over the years and they are the most realistic looking.

This is another great garland option that I’ve used throughout the years!

I plan on adding these cute gold bells to the mantel this year.

I don’t need new stockings but these ones are so cute I’m tempted to add them to my collection.

I plan on adding a few of these velvet pillow covers to my sofa for the holidays. They come in over 10 color options!

I’m adding a little color to my mantel with these gorgeous taper candles.
