Citrus Prosecco Cocktail
I have another delicious cocktail recipe for you today just in time for Mother’s Day brunch. I would personally be quite happy to be served a refreshing Citrus Prosecco Cocktail on Mother’s Day. Hint, hint, nudge, nudge, to the Mr.

We were recently on vacation and the resort we were at had THE most delicious cocktails. This one was by far my favorite. I had my favorite bartender (aka the Mr.) screenshot the ingredients so he could replicate it at home. I volunteered as taste tester until he got the recipe just right. It was a hard job, but someone had to do it…

They called this cocktail “Dancing with a Stranger” but it’s basically citrus juice and vodka topped with Prosecco. In other words – delicious!
You will need one ingredient you may not have on hand and that is Grapefruit Cordial. It’s basically concentrated grapefruit juice. I ordered mine right on amazon actually, but you could probably find it in specialty stores as well.

This drink also calls for Agave, but you could use simple syrup for a little sweetness otherwise too.

The tartness of the lemon and grapefruit with the sweetness of the Prosecco makes this the perfect kicked up mimosa for brunch. It’s also a super refreshing drink all for summertime.
